We offer for rent a luxury apartment 400 meters from the sandy beach in the Orihuela Costa, Cabo Roig. The apartment has got 2 double bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, the other bedroom with three beds), living room with kitchenette, bathroom, terrace with the view to the pool.
Facilities: air conditioning, ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, TV, Wifi, cot, bed linen, towels, 2 beach chairs, parasol.
A nice communal swimming pool with children's paddling pool is available during the whole year. Near the apartment there are many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center. The apartment will be forwarded to you by an English speaking person.
For the rent of the entire apartment see the price list. Arrival after 3 pm, departure to 10 a.m., arrival in late night hours is not a problem.
Cabo Roig is about 40 minutes by car from Alicante airport, we offer a transfer from / to the airport for 50, - EUR (one way), we also offer trips, see section tours, all with an English speaking driver (guide).

The minimum length of stay is 7 nights.
Payment for accommodation: Deposit of 10% of the price of accommodation after confirmation of booking Surcharge of the price of accommodation 2 months before arrival
Cancellation: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 60 days before arrival, the guest will pay 70% of the total accommodation price, in case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the guest will pay 100% of the total accommodation price. If the guest does not arrive at the apartment, he will be charged 100% of the accommodation price.
Payment for cleaning, electricity consumption and refundable deposit is paid on the spot.
